To guarantee safe transit, all spray bottles and nozzle components are wrapped in impact-resistant materials to guard against leakage or physical damage during carriage.

Order Handling Time

Standard orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment validation (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays).

Handling duration is distinct from courier transit times. Processing times may experience slight extensions during peak shopping periods, seasonal promotions, routine inventory checks, or unforeseen logistics delays.

Once your package leaves our fulfillment center, an automated dispatch notice with your tracking reference will be delivered to your registered email address.

Please note that this timeline does not include the initial 1–3 business days needed for warehouse processing. Shipping Rates & Delivery Methods

Available logistics options and applicable shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on package weight, volumetric size, and destination region. Any active free shipping promotions will be clearly displayed before order confirmation.

Protective Packaging for Sprayers & Bottles

Because our lineup includes precision nozzles, press pumps, and fluid reservoirs for kitchen, gardening, and car wash tasks, we use custom shock-absorbing foam, reinforced outer boxes, and internal dividers to protect valves and prevent pressure leaks during transit.

We recommend inspecting your package upon arrival and keeping the original outer box and protective wrap until you have checked all sprayer mechanisms and fittings.

Shipment Tracking

A tracking link along with your unique tracking number will be issued to your inbox upon shipment. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for courier system updates to reflect initial facility scans.

Accuracy of Shipping Address

Buyers are responsible for providing correct and complete shipping details at checkout. If you spot an error, please reach out to us immediately. While we attempt to modify details prior to fulfillment, changes cannot be guaranteed once an order enters warehouse packing or dispatch stages. Additional reshipment costs resulting from incorrect addresses will be charged to the buyer.

Customs, Tariffs & Import Duties

Cross-border shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs inspections, or brokerage fees levied by the destination country's authorities. Unless explicitly stated at checkout, these additional charges remain the sole responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Defective Deliveries

If your spray bottle, nozzle mechanism, or container arrives cracked, bent, leaking, or damaged during transport, please inform our support team as soon as possible.

To speed up your replacement or refund claim, please provide:

• Your unique order ID
• Clear photos showing the damaged sprayer or defective part
• Photos of the internal padding materials and the outer packaging box
• A photo of the shipping label on the package

Please retain all damaged items and box materials until our support team finishes reviewing your claim for a refund or replacement.

Separate Shipments

For product protection or inventory availability, orders containing multiple items (such as compact kitchen sprayers and large car wash foam cannons) may be fulfilled in separate parcels. Each box will receive its own tracking ID, with no extra freight charges applied for split deliveries.
