Supported payment options may vary depending on your location, selected currency, mobile/desktop platform, total order value, and active gateway availability at checkout time.

Only payment methods verified and active during the checkout process can be selected to complete your order.

Transaction Authorization & Fraud Prevention

Every order placed with us undergoes standard fraud protection checks and strict payment authorization reviews.

Your credit card provider, issuing bank, or payment processor maintains the right to:

• Approve or decline specific charge requests
• Request supplementary identity confirmation steps
• Place temporary authorization pending holds
• Enforce regional spending limits or security restrictions

KALLCELY does not control bank approval decisions or hold durations imposed by external financial institutions. If a charge is unsuccessful, please verify your payment credentials or contact your card provider.

While we apply high-level safety protocols across our web platform, no transmission over the internet can be guaranteed 100% secure at all times.

Currency, Exchange Rates & Charges

All product prices, shipping fees, and final checkouts are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

If your bank account or payment provider is denominated in another currency, your financial institution may apply exchange rate conversions or international processing fees independently of KALLCELY.

Pending Authorization Holds

Your card provider may show a temporary pending authorization status right after placing an order. A pending hold does not mean a final charge has been processed. If an order attempt fails or is canceled, the time required for pending holds to disappear depends entirely on your bank's policies.

Promotional Vouchers & Coupon Codes

Discount codes must be applied in the designated coupon code field on the checkout page before confirming payment. Vouchers cannot be applied retroactively to finished purchases, redeemed for cash, or combined with other promotional deals unless explicitly stated.

Refund Processing & Fund Reversals

Approved refunds for returned sprayers or order adjustments will be issued directly back to your original payment method. Once KALLCELY issues a refund, your card issuer or bank may take a few additional business days to credit the funds back into your account balance.
